This weekend there was a one day DW con here in Sydney with Paul McGann & Daphne Ashbrook as two of the guests.  I only had 3 weeks to make myself a femme version of the 8th Doctor's costume.  Even more of a problem for me is that I only allowed myself to use fabric already in my stash - other than the brocade.  I had to tell myself it was ( Read more... )

I've been planning a female Three for a con later this summer and started browsing around eBay for some wigs. I have decided to go with a pale blonde wig (via Season 7) as it will look a bit better on me in photos. The problem being I'm currently indecisive on which wig I should buy. I traveled from the storm ravaged north, down to balmy Orlando for Hurricane Who this past weekend where I debuted my new femme Seven. My hat did not arrive in time, and there are several other things that are either missing or need work. Still, I think there is enough there to call it a costume, so time for some pics!
