I'm sure this question has been asked dozens of times, but I'm going to be frustrating and check for myself - I don't suppose anyone has a complete knitting pattern for the 7th Doctor's sweater vest ( Read more... )

i have! i've been a trifle busy with some plays i've been doing along with uni work, but it's good to be back!

As far as I'm aware- while I know of a handful who have knitted thier own Seven Sweaters, no one has ever posted a complete top to bottom pattern for one.

As a start though I would check out this comm (and this post in particular) which has the stitch pattern for the question marks and zig zag.

Also I might try writing Tara at http://wittylittleknitter.com for further tips if you or your grandmother get stuck on the pockets or ribbing.

thanks very much, i contacted Tara and she promptly replied with the stitch pattern and a suggestion for which pullover pattern to go for, it's also grand to know that if i want to ask any further questions, she's there.
