So, my boyfriend and I have a masqurade ball to go to in November (the 12th) and I am trying my hardest to be able to get Amy and Rory's wedding outfits done in time for them. The problem? I don't think I've seen any suit patterns that have the tails unfortunately.

For this pattern you are going to have to look for a Victorian type pattern. There are no commercial patterns with tails out in the market right now. If you are good at drafting you can "Add" the tail to a pattern you have.
