I am getting ready to take the pantry challenge until the next payday. I want to use everything I currently have in my cupboards, freezer, and fridge, and just start anew with cooking from scratch. The year so far…..and fangirly gushiness!
I can’t complain about the year thus far….really can’t. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to stick to the goals I’d created for myself. But I’ve been (and am!) determined, and I’ve been sticking to them:

This year
vacation is all about road-tripping, sipping frothy mixed drinks on the beach (we can do that, can’t we?), taking in live music when we can, and basically relaxing.
My goal for my next vacation is to take my boys to some wonderful amusement parks! We all love thrill rides, and we’d be all set to hit Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure if some ( Read more... )
