I finally ran out of the ‘good’ inhaler the doctor prescribed for me a few weeks ago when I got so sick. I am using the crappy otc one at the moment. The otc one makes it where I can breathe, but it’s nowhere near as good as the prescription one I had. I can tell a HUGE difference in my breathing, in just about everything that I do.

I’m actually proud of myself for sticking to the workout goals I set for myself earlier. So far I have done the Couch-to-5K Running Plan two and a half times this week. Why the half?
