I started doing
this workout this week.
Tiffani suggested it to me a long time ago, and I never got around to it. Some of the girls in the league who are participating in a triathlon this summer suggested it as a way to get started training. I am not doing the triathlon, but decided to do it for endurance training purposes.
So, it’s damp and cold and cloudy out, and I am going to go on a walk/run after dropping the boys off at school. I may be insane after all! I just hope I don’t make myself sick.
