I would like to understand why, if I am paying for Gold Service (5Mb/s), I have not seen my data rate go above 3Mb/s in a long time (months).

Storm - Day 4
Well that was a pretty disappointing phone call.
Last night a member of the board called me to inform me that - well - removing my boat is not their problem. They can't use the big crane because it take 2-4 hours to set up, which they'd have to do in front of my boat to move it, then break down, move over and set up again in their proper location.

Storm - Day 2
Today it became apparent that, while Southwind was not going anywhere in a hurry, teh clock was ticking on her motor - corrosion was proceeding each hour it was in the drink.
It is important to not only get the motor out of the water, but to get it serviced immediately, since corrosion dramatically accelerates upon exposure to air. The marine shop ( Read more... ) -

How to Ruin the Ending of a Film
Just Saw Tangled.
