Dealing with Iristel

I would like to understand why, if I am paying for Gold Service (5Mb/s), I have not seen my data rate go above 3Mb/s in a long time (months).

Can you please fix this.

In order to proceed with the investigation we need you to make a speed test on our website and send us a print screen with the test results. Once we have this , we will proceed further so that we solve this as soon as possible.

It has been 8 days since I provided you with the screenshot you needed to proceed. I've heard nothing since, and my data rate continues at 3Mb/s. (I would point out that it has never exceeded 3Mb/s in all the time I've been with Iristel. If I'd been less trusting, I would have noticed much sooner that I'm paying for 5Mb/s.) I note that you are still charging me full price, but we can fix that. We can simply start pro-rating the fee. I will begin paying (3/5*$47 =) $28.20 per month for the 3Mb/s service I am receiving. I'll start setting that up on my credit card.

It has now bee 12 days since I have heard a single word from Diana Apetria in Customer Service.

Please, for the love of God, send someone by her department to see if she has fallen and hit her head or had met with foul play.
