We went to the San Japan Convention in San Antonio last weekend. This was our first time attending this Con. If you haven't gone to it before I recommend you try it out sometime. We now have a new doggie. Her official name, at the vet's office, is Angel but we call her Angie. She is a one year old Welsh Corgie/Chi. mix which makes her adorable looking. Well, it turns out the guy was not truthful about the little puppy having been spayed nor the shots being up to date. So no new puppy for us at this time. So far I am surviving the heat-wave and drought here in Texas. Thank God for air-conditioning!!! Our yard is brown instead of a nice green. I'd even settle for some flowering weeds but they are all dried up also. I keep the bird-bath in the backyard filled with water. The birds really like to play/bathe in that thing.
