It's been one month since my entire uterus, cervix, tubes and one ovary have been removed laproscopically. I have had remarkably little problems -- everything has healed up nicely, I haven't had a lot of pain, I'm almost entirely back to my routine. Went out to lunch with my aunt and uncle today, and my uncle was listening to conservative talk radio. Today was my brother Ron's birthday - we went out to Sweetwater and had a nice lunch on the riverfront. I had prime rib, yum yum. There was a piano player and everything. One of the things the doctor mentioned to me at my appointment the other day was that I should really be getting therapy for my PTSD. But I went through that enough after the accidents. Having someone to talk to about the problems does not change them, or change the environmental factors that are triggers to my anxiety ( Read more... )
