What I want for my birthday...
What I want for my birthday is to be able to breathe better and sleep at night. The temperatures have been climbing to the 90s, and in our new apartment my respiratory conditions make it difficult to breathe in the bedroom.
We have a window unit in our kitchen that cools both kitchen and living room which is GREAT during the day. But no matter how we position the fans, we can't seem to get the air to circulate back here.
I haven't slept well since we've been having this heatwave and since my birthday is coming up on June 13th, I thought I'd put this up for anyone who wanted to donate a few bucks to the cause of helping us get a portable ac.
Money is very tight right now due to my other health conditions - I just had surgery for the fibroids, I still need dental surgery, and I'm currently seeing doctors twice weekly for my back and shoulder. I got orthopedic inserts to help my walking right now, but if they don't work I may need orthopedic shoes. So what money we have is strettttching tight and the ac is something we're saving up for.
