Work has been hard-going for the last few days.

There are people off so I have been left lists of things to get on with on their files, of which the tasks themselves are mostly not bad, but it's the time required in picking up a file you have never worked on before and trying to figure out where the case handler was going with it before you can do ( Read more... )

Work is plodding on today, I shouldn’t complain - it’s the first day this week where I have actually felt it dragging, and even then it’s only been for the last couple of hours or so. I think the afternoon will be worse though, as I have a few really iffy boring tasks to do and not a lot apart from that. I’m determined to stay until half 5 for once ( Read more... )
