I received a phone call from my dad last night who said that he had some bad news for me - he sounded fairly sombre so I was really worried for a second - before he told me that I’d been issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice, at which point I was just cross!

I was in London this weekend and got back late-ish last night. Despite the late arrival home and the travel, I couldn’t get to sleep once I was unpacked and in bed. I think it may have been related to the clocks having gone forward, but even so I’m normally really worn out after the journey so it’s a bit odd that I wasn’t this time.

Monday morning again! I suppose if I look on the bright side though, this means it’s only 4 more sleeps until Friday  :)

Several times at the weekend I sat down with the intention of writing an update, given I was having a lazy weekend and there shouldn’t have been anything too urgently requiring my attention to prevent me from writing. However, each time I sat down, something else got my attention and writing an entry slipped from my mind until it was too late.
