Back from an extended weekend camping in the New Forest with Cat, Carl & Sam - which I'd been meaning to do forever, and had made it one of my Mission101 tasks, just to make sure I'd go...

Didn't end up writing an update on Sunday as expected as the tiredness turned into a cold, which I am currently doing my best to fend off prior to my holiday next week...

I seem to have acquired a fairly resilient headache - went to bed with it last night, woke up with it this morning - and now I've arrived in work it's pounding away. Looks like I'll have to fall back on the Ibuprofen if I'm going to get any work done this morning. -

This was supposed to be a shiny happy post about the house we saw on Saturday morning. It was lovely and reasonably priced and we loved it as soon as we saw it. I was going to make a rare non-house related post.
However, I spoke to the estate agent this afternoon, and she told me that she hadn’t been able to contact the vendor as she hadn’t answered her phone nor replied to the agent’s messages.
This didn’t worry me too much, given it’s only been a day, but then the estate agent made a comment that upset ( Read more... ) -

The estate agent didn't end up calling at all yesterday. Whilst this might be because the vendor hasn't contacted her about the figures yet, I found it a bit rude that she didn't call to keep me in the picture. (One of my pet peeves is people not calling when they say they will).
So now I have the dilemma of choosing between calling her this ( Read more... ) -

The problem with the delay in each stage of the house-buying negotiations, is that it allows me far too much time to worry and overthink about it.
