INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 cup pourgouri
leaves from 5 branches of parsley
salt
METHOD
1. Pour boiling water over the pourgouri and let it bloat.
2. Cut the tomatoes, onion and parsley into small pieces.
3. Remove all water from pourgouri and add to the salad.
4. Sprinkle salt according to your taste.
