INGREDIENTS
1 small cauliflower
3 green chilies
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp vegetable masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp salt
water
METHOD
1. Wash the cauliflower and separate into small florets.
2. Mix the gram flower with water so that it becomes thicker than sour cream.
3. Grade the chilies and add into the batter of gram flour.
4. Add all the spices and the salt into the batter and mix well.
5. Dip each floret into the batter.
6. Heat some oil into a non stick pan and fry all the florets covered in batter.
