Kind of an odd question, but bear with me here. Is there a service that sends txt alerts when a baseball game is delayed or canceled due to weather? I don't want scores or any thing else-- just game cancellations. I've looked around, and I haven't seen anything that will do just that. Thanks!

Sometimes during a game I like to listen to the other team's broadcast using MLB's Gameday Audio. I'm at work right now, listening to the Washington-Miami game, and one of the Marlins announcers just mispronounced the name of one of his own players. They played some of the most inspired baseball I've ever seen in the playoffs, and they reached god-tier during the Series.

As a Tigers fan, I'm not angry, or upset, or depressed. I'm impressed by the Giants. They killed it out there.

I can truly say that the best team won it in baseball this year. Hats off to the Giants. Enjoy that parade.

The umpires ruled the ball under the infield fly rule, and on a ball that ended up traveling about 200 feet, that call was clearly wrong.

In exchange, the Giants move their California League team to Oakland on a temporary basis with the bulk of O.co Coliseum being tarped off.
