So I went to the doctor yesterday and informed him that I want to stop all my medications besides the ambien, and the low dose xanax. I told him after getting the bypass surgery I have to take vitamins for the rest of my life, and I'm alright with that but I want to be done dpending on and relying on pills to function on a daily basis. Well... haha.. Its been a month or so.. I'm down to 170 lbs. I've been at this weight for a couple months now. I officially quit Applebee;s today... as sad as I should be, I'm really not.
