Just got off the phone with AT&T after getting an "order confirmation" in the mail for a service from them that I didn't order! They were attempting to bill me for a long distance plan that I'd have no use for. Hell, I haven't even made any kind of long distance call in over 10 years! My mom bought my son a monthly pay-as-you-go phone last year for Xmas. She was paying the $45 monthly charge. Son forgot password on said phone. Phone got "locked out" as a result. While waiting on a support representative, a recording said if I didn't want to wait for phone support for my problem, I could go to ATT.com to chat live with a support person. Really?? REALLY?!? At the suggestion of the house foundation people that replaced the floors and leveled up the back part of the house recently, I had someone come out and remove the insulation that was tacked up under the floors in the front of the house, because they said the insulation could absorb moisture and cause the wood to rot.
