Oh REALLY, AT&T?!?
DSL went down about an hour earlier this afternoon. I call AT&T. While waiting on a support representative, a recording said if I didn't want to wait for phone support for my problem, I could go to ATT.com to chat live with a support person. Really?? REALLY?!? If I could GET ONLINE to go to ATT.com, I wouldn't freggin' NEED a support person!!! Geesh!
At least I got an American to talk to once the call was answered this time however... gotta give them a little credit for that this time.
