Los Angeles could be spoken about in the same reverence as Paris and tourism in France. Yes, it's huge and spread out. But if you treated those areas like separate cities, instead of places that should be connected, it becomes a little more manageable. LA has tradition. It has newness. It has good food. It has nice beaches. Etc!
I've stuck it out with livejournal mostly because of the history. I've been here since high school. If you go back to 10+ years in the archives, the entries reflect all the silly drama (both theatre and spats between friends lol) and everything that went along with high school. I like that

The giant sycamore trees down the street have lost most of their leaves. The three trees across the street have bright yellow leaves. Since fall is occasionally windy here and that tree has tiny leaves, the display isn't as lush as I'd hoped. Still, there are lovely pockets of fall color where I live and the town where I work

On Tuesday, I went into a recording studio for the first time. A friend is releasing her first EP soon. She need to add horns to one of her songs. The title may be "Bad, Bad News." I can't remember. At least that were the main words of the chorus
