I have not posted in quite a while, Habibi has learned to run around in 3 legs and some adjustments have been made to my home. There is now a four step staircase at the base of my bed so that he can climb and sleep on it whenever he wants. there is a similar three step staircase on the sofa that he loves to sleep on. Just a quick post.

Went to see Habibi today and they brought him out to a treatment room wrapped in a blanket.
All my crazy mind could think of was kitty taco!. I put him on my lap and he was purring away. He was more alert and even gave me his chin to scratch. Then he burrowed into my arm and went to sleep. I stayed about 1/2 an hour and then he ( Read more... )

After leaving Habibi at the emergency hospital I went up north to meet with a broker for my sister's house. The attorney wanted to know what was needed and what the value of the house was. My oldest sister met the broker as I was late due to Habibi.

Last Friday after working and finally getting all the chores around the house done. I settled down in my bed to read a bit before sleeping. So today was fast and furious. I went to court and after testimony the court awarded us  the old will. I called my oldest sister to explain what had happened on my  way to work.   After work i sat down and wrote all my sisters the same letter explaining the procedure plus the witnesses who testified for us. Wouldn't you know it, it had to be my oldest sister calling me from New Mexico yesterday to advise me that I'm to be at court today. My attorney had not yet called me when V called to let me know that the date had been moved up and that I was suppose to be there this morning.....I'm getting ready now. Life has been a whirlwind. My boss got a call saying that her father had 24-48 hours left of life so she called me on sunday 2 weeks ago to say she was leaving to California. Yesterday my roommate moved most of her belongings out. She decided to go back and live with her ex even though that ex is still running around with different women.
