I braved the stupid weekend bus schedule to drag myself to campus to be productive (and escape the house...), but I cannot be productive because this lab sucksI was going to start work on a website for my Info Tech term project. Today was quite a nice day. I was off work again 'cause my boss was out this week. I did book shifting on Wednesday and Thursday, but one can only take so much book shifting, even with the benefit of an iPod. (Also, latest discovery: podcasts! I had my first class tonight! It was 601-Information Use, which sounds dreadfully boring on the syllabus and has a dry-sounding textbook, but at least the professor (a medical librarian at Johns Hopkins during the day) seems nice and fun. Over the weekend I had my first houseguest! :D Brittany came down from Brooklyn for a (much-loved) visit. Seriously, it is so exciting to be on the same coast as her and within easy travel distance. We've spent the majority of the last few years on opposite coasts or in different countries.
