Does anyone have recommendations of tasty vegan cookie recipes?

I want to bake cookies for my library's tech team (who are all awesome!), but one of them is a vegan which is out of my recipe repertoire.

I got back from NC yesterday, where I had a most wonderful time with my beloved Brittany and her fabulous flatmate. We spent the week doing homework, going to class (B.) and uploading photos (me), chatting, drinking tea, eating delicious (and not-so-delicious) food, and watching bad movies and good TV ( Read more... )

Still alive here (for most definitions of "alive"), just busy and tired and therefore boring. Mostly tired. After reading and writing and researching and computering for school and work, I am just too tired to do much else. Blah.

But! Right now, I am enjoying delicious soup that I have just made.
