Autumn colours! Finally got round to posting these photos I took last month.

The land of free bathrooms and toilet seat covers is all well and good, but I miss Bayern. I did not know it was possible to be homesick for a place you only lived in for three weeks, but it is.

Also, 7 hours on a train yesterday (Venezia to München) + 9 hours on a plane today (München to D.C.) + 6 hours of jet lag = oof.

I am officially kaput.

We had a good flight and even arrived at the Flughafen München early. We landed shortly after 7:00, and it was gorgeous flying over Germany. It's an even prettier shade of green than the East Coast.
