I had my first class tonight! It was 601-Information Use, which sounds dreadfully boring on the syllabus and has a dry-sounding textbook, but at least the professor (a medical librarian at Johns Hopkins during the day) seems nice and fun. Plus, she's a lefty. :) I'm still not sure about the subject matter, but hopefully it'll get better further ( Read more... )

The wedding last Saturday at the San Francisco Zoo was quite nice. The groom was chewing gum whilst mingling before the ceremony; my cousin Aimee (the bride) wore a beautiful gown; it was a beautiful day (no fog!! shocking!); and there were animals at the reception. :)
