I took a week off of cooking (let my boyfriend do the work this last week!) but I'm back and with a recipe. As the heat wave subsides in NY I'm getting into the soup swing. Hope you guys like this recipe!!

I have had a small jar of capers in my fridge for over a year that I would love to get rid of and NO idea or inspiration what to do with them. What are good ideas/dishes/recipes to include capers in other than tossing them in pasta? Any ideas?
