My recovery is remaining turbulent at the moment. I got another urinary tract infection, or just maybe an infection period. After the previous one, I started feeling better only to feel a bit worse, get more tired and then start a general decline. I don't know how to characterise life at the moment. I had a really bad moment on Saturday where I lost it utterly and ended up in tears and ended up self-harming a bit. I'm now quite sore because I punch very hard. But, on the whole, things are going pretty well. I don't really understand my reactions at the moment and I don't make any sense ( Read more... )

So, as I said, I've had some time to process emotional things without having people around to be noisy, so I can feel what I'm feeling, not my emotions plus other people's. Life is... interesting. Yesterday I went to my first therapist appointment for the year. I spent the whole session in tears. Yes, the whole damn session. That hasn't happened in... no, correction, that hasn't happened before. I always try to at least talk about my feelings, at least make an effort. I haven't really been coping at school and that means two sets of problems. The first one is the fact that I'm not coping and the second set are to do with the fact that I need to cover that up to give myself the space to solve the first set.
