Broke my tooth on Thursday. The front, left lobe is totally gone. Apparently, when you have larger, metal fillings, the metal will eventually pull away from the tooth. If it's a big enough filling, the tooth can and will break because it's so thin. I could have gone my whole life without learning this little kernel. Especially since most of my ( Read more... )

1) I either severely bruised or broke two of my toes last night when I tripped rather badly in the bathroom. I'm guessing it's just deeply bruised since I can still wiggle them, but it hurts like mad. Since the treatment for a broken toe is just to tape it to the one next to that, I did so. Dad still looks like hell, but they got him up and moving. He can walk about three feet before wanting to collapse. They also have him practicing getting up and down out of a seated position. Anyone else contemplating doing NaNoWriMo?

I'm thinking I'm going to dust off one of my long term WIPs and get at least to the 1/2 or 3/4th mark on it. Probably my HP Book 7 rewrite because OMFG I am so beyond stuck on Wild Indigo.
