This afternoon I went to my usual hairdresser for a long overdue haircut. She did a very nice job, with pleasant conversation.
I was out of cash and went to the bank, low on fuel and went to a gas station, and low on caffeine and bought drive-through tea.

Today we had a visit from "A". Because of Omicron, we had a discussion about whether we should be wearing masks. I wore mine.
Although the next edition of the graphic design project is almost done, I got almost nothing done on it, so it's still "almost".

Today I went to Sunday brunch as usual, but "J" stayed home. The turnout was similar to other recent brunches: "M", "N", the usual brunch "J", and the intermittent "W", but not "C". The food was good, and I got a big thanks from some of the restaurant people for a review I wrote three months ago; I had forgotten that I had even written it.

Today "J" and I skipped going to the long holiday schedule of SIFF movies because we had other things to do. In the morning, J baked a cake. I slept a bit late because I stayed up too late last night writing movie reviews.

I think I slept through most of the flight. I know I didn't spend much time doing anything, and I would have been pretty bored if I had been awake. "J" said she slept for half the flight or less. This time the other artist had finally removed his paintings from the restaurant, leaving space for my brother to hang his.
