I've officially been in Ohio for 360 days now, and I'm getting some serious deja-vu at the moment. This time last year I was also packing everything I owned into little cardboard boxes, saying goodbye to everybody I cared about, and getting ready to ship myself off to somewhere unknown. I've done it once, I can do it again, but it's just....weird.

My final week in North Cackalacky has been one of the best of my life. Okay, I'm back from a three-day trip to the beach, and feeling a little better about life. I'm still in 'ohshitmustcomeupwithagameplan' mode, but things are actually kind of working out. I'm going to try to pull a Qui-Gon and just focus on the present moment as much as I can for the few days I've got left in NC, and make the best of them.

Amazingly, I actually wrote something! Granted, it's meta, and mostly me being whiny and turning it into a half-hearted character study, but at least it's something, you know?
