I went to see Col this evening, to be there when he came back from his op, which was to put a stent into the tube connecting his kidney and his bladder. All went well, he was a little woozy, but we spent a couple of hours chatting and catching up and all was good. I went ahead and created a workout schedule, based on the weights routine I got given this morning, and the cardio one I've had for a week or two. It was pretty easy once I got going, so now I have something that's valid for 2 weeks from Monday just gone; after that, I can make whatever changes I need to, even if it's just dates, re-print, and go ( Read more... )

I'm still temping at KPMG, and had a phonecall today to say they're going to put me in another department (and in fact another building) once I finish this assignment, i.e. starting either Mon or Tue of next week. • JC is back from maternity, hooray! Within a day, we have a very good meeting on data quality issues, which although it doesn't "change everything", at least makes me feel I'm not battling all by myself, and there are others in the Trust who think we have issues here.
