FuZe was good! No idea how noise and psytrance go together, but enough people seemed to overlap between the two so it worked. Benjy and I left after Punch Inc. as we were tired, how very sensible.

I went to my third whip workshop[1] today, and it was really good! I wasn't sure whether I'd enjoy it on my own, and I hadn't practised much since the last one so I worried I wouldn't progress, but both of those concerns were unfounded. So, it seems I've survived my first week of freelancing. Aside from that little whinge-ette on Thursday, it's gone really well. I had several bits of work come through (though I haven't as yet been paid), I got on with some house things, I relaxed when I felt like it. I went to see Col this evening, to be there when he came back from his op, which was to put a stent into the tube connecting his kidney and his bladder. All went well, he was a little woozy, but we spent a couple of hours chatting and catching up and all was good. As per the various posts recently re: plants, I went for an expotition today to see what bits I could source near me. The Blue seemed to be almost entirely shut; no pound shop for me then.
