I went ahead and created a workout schedule, based on the weights routine I got given this morning, and the cardio one I've had for a week or two. It was pretty easy once I got going, so now I have something that's valid for 2 weeks from Monday just gone; after that, I can make whatever changes I need to, even if it's just dates, re-print, and go.
I still need to come up with food / shopping plans, but let's not get overexcited and plan my whole life away in one go! I want to make sure I can sustain these changes.
Before I become a total bore, let me say that I've finally succeeded in getting hold of a goodly amount of
Natacha Atlas' back catalogue, and have been listening to it all afternoon. So, so beautiful! I cannot recommend her highly enough - and equally, if anyone has recommendations in a similar direction, please do let me know.
