I was in a pretty bad mood today but I'm feeling pretty mellow now. Nothing like working on cosplay stuff for the trip and not having to deal with cheap wall clocks to improve one's mood. Christmas is just about over, but all and all, it turned out to be pretty good. My mother, Mark and I all went out to IHOP for breakfast, visited my mother's friend, then returned home. So, I'm more or less alive. I survived my feature length story paper and finals. Surprisingly, none of my finals were as hard as I feared they would be (I even got a free t-shirt in one class), but I did study so I guess it paid off. Over Thanksgiving break I realized that there was only a week and a half of school left for the semester. I've fallen behind in one of my classes and I'm unhappy about it. The barbecue at my cousin's house went well enough. We actually got to the cookout at a decent time without getting lost on the way there. The food was good and we stayed outside until it started to rain. When it did rain we packed up the food and brought it inside.
