So, I've got this annoying NCIS-related plot bunny I'm thinking about writing just to get it out of my head ... and it's unfortunately not a happy story. Instead, it pretty much encapsulates my thoughts on the Tony/Ziva "relationship" from the midway point of season 6 on, only it's done from the POV of a character I pretty much loath: Damon Werth.

So, my DVR hiccupped the other day - my cable company is updating the software - and deleted most of the season 8 NCIS episodes I had on there, episodes I still haven't gotten around to watching. I also noted that it cleared out the usual scheduled recording for the show so when Tuesday rolls around, it won't be getting the new ep ( Read more... )

So, it's Thursday. I've had the new episode of NCIS on the DVR for two mornings now and I just can't seem to get motivated or inspired to actually bother watching it. I mostly dislike the season finale, and based on the reviews (both pro and con) for the premiere that I've seen online, I actually doubt I'm going to like "The Spider and the Fly." ( Read more... )

So, stuff is incrementally leaking out regarding the forthcoming season of NCIS and, while I've sort of paid attention to it, I was saddened to realize I honestly don't care much about this coming year of the show.
