I wouldn't have thought I was old enough yet to be getting cricks in my joints, but I guess I am. My left knee has been aching pretty bad lately, but fortunately, it seems to be only when I climb stairs. I've been trying to bend/stretch that leg more, which has helped. Although I hate the fact that winter is approaching, I still really love fall. The days and nights are cooling off now, and for me, cooler weather means one thing: the Highy Holy Days. Today was Rosh Hashanah, and the temple held morning and evening services, but I didn't go to either.
