one of the downsides to managing stress better is what i call a "higher tolerance." in other words, stress can build up to higher levels in your system before you notice/react/de-stress. i need to stop working on managing my stress better and start working on ways to let go of it ( Read more... )

one of the things i really like about my life right now is the learning. i am constantly learning new things. the learning process isn't always easy - in fact sometimes it's sucky and/or painful and/or ridiculous. but, i am still advancing, and that is good.
