per CA laws, the deed to our house will be recorded in our name tomorrow.

we will get the keys on thursday or friday.

housing update: the seller's agent is out of town today/tomorrow. she got the bid, and thanked our realtor for the bid; john used the words "lovely bid" so i'm hoping that means the agent thinks the bid is a green light; the downside is that the seller won't see the bid until sunday ( Read more... )
