sinus drainage is back, and heavier. grr. i'm sleeping and drinking water and taking supplements (including a scary amount of vitamin c), and eating too - these are all the things i know to do when my body is fighting off infection. i am sort of annoyed that the infection still has a hold... but i actually feel pretty damn good for having a bug in ( Read more... )

i figured it out -- it's not fall that messes with my head, it's daylight savings. my internal clock, the one that follows the sun, is spot on. my brain only gets confused when i look at a clock and the numbers clash with my internal sense of time. sadly, this lasts for a few days, until my brain catches up with my internometer ( Read more... )

I had grand plans for today but instead I am stuck in bed. Someone I ran into last night was sick because a major cold is bearing down on me full force.
