I did a bit of shoveling at 5 PM yesterday (10F) so that I could get to the woodpile. There was only about 2” that had fallen since the morning. Most of it was supposed to come down during the evening and early morning hours. The snowplows were out around 4 PM yesterday and they had upped the snow totals again. The curtains are done, ironed and hanging. They look great but I don't want to have to iron them again anytime soon. Of course, I had to accu-suck under furniture that was moved so that took a while and moved a few other pieces around and that got me to thinking - more about that when I do it. We went to the farmer’s Market on Sunday and Dearest was pleased to find leeks - see pic below of grabby hand going after the produce. I also finally was able to get a coat of the stain on the new table and the raised garden beds. So it was a productive weekend.
