By the time the sun went down yesterday we had 5” and it continued to snow lightly until about 1 am.

I made curtains for the back door yesterday morning and followed that with a snake for the back door in the left over fabric. Here’s pic of the curtains made from yard sale fabric that I picked up a few years ago.

The curtains are done, ironed and hanging. They look great but I don't want to have to iron them again anytime soon. Of course, I had to accu-suck under furniture that was moved so that took a while and moved a few other pieces around and that got me to thinking - more about that when I do it. A stack of brand new dish towels are made. I got the seven in the picture made and while sewing the 8th one the needle broke and of course it was the last needle in the house. Thus, I did not get the whole stack of 20 sewn last night as I intended. What’s nice is that I got such a good deal on the toweling that there is still more material left of ( Read more... )
