Up very early again this morning and I am going to go back to bed, eventually.

Yesterday I finally got the outdoor furniture put away, some of the inside chores done and branches that fell taken care of. By the time I had finished it was well past noon.

It is just a tactile thing, this knitting. As I was moving through rows on the Traveling Rose Scarf I found myself musing upon the feel of the alpaca yarn as it slid over the wooden needles. It felt soft and yummy. And then there is the sight thing. The yarn is slightly heathered and has a light halo, just enough halo to add that look of fuzziness ( Read more... )
