OK, so I'm officially working on moving my site. Thanks to you who suggested Freewebs I can move my site rather easily now - it's the same "formate" and system I'm used to, so the biggest job will be to fix all broken links. I visited the amazing Villa Borghese up north in Rome's city center on Sunday. The park surrounding the villa is gorgeous, and also lots of fun: there is an Elizabethian Globe theatre there (of course built in recent time...), there is a lake where you can rent rowing boats, and there also is big carlike tandem bikes for rent (tourists and locals ( Read more... )

Yesterday was the international "Talk like a pirate day". Two friends of mine invited to a grand pirate party, to celebrate 10 years as a couple, and to make a good excuse for everybody to dress up as pirates.
