Just got back from a 3 day stay in Rosario Beach, Washington for a writing retreat! Beautiful place. Right off the ocean! Wasn't nearly as cold as I thought it would be. It was a nice getaway. Been doing a lot of traveling this year and this month I got a chance to go back to beautiful Hawaii and spend 6 days there with one of my best friends Lindsay! In December I started having some problems with my neck. I had constant pain and headaches. I'm one of those people that doesn't just reach for the medication and push through it like nothing is wrong. If I've got pain, I'm gonna get to the bottom of what's up and do something about it. Summer Break:
Early in the Break Mike and I went to Los Angeles for the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, for a short get away. We worked the Championship as they were taking volunteers to work. I helped to score and Mike was my mat coordinator. We made a great team ( Read more... )
