In December I started having some problems with my neck. I had constant pain and headaches. I'm one of those people that doesn't just reach for the medication and push through it like nothing is wrong. If I've got pain, I'm gonna get to the bottom of what's up and do something about it. And it since it happened pretty quick I just couldn't let it go. So I went to a chiropractor.
Which was a good move.
Yep I definitely had some problems with my neck. Probably happened about 15+ years ago when I was in that car accident and I never went to a Chiropractor because I was a poor college student who couldn't afford it. Luckily for me the X-rays showed no damage and no arthritis in my neck or back area. So it's safe to say that once the care is finished and I continue to do healthy things, there's no reason why I'd continue to have problems with it. (Also means I love YOGA forever! And I'm good with that.)
Anyhow, within a few weeks all the pain was gone and I've finally got my neck and comfort back. But the treatments go on because well, I want it to stay and I also want to be done with this issue as much as possible. I'm of the school that health starts sooner rather than later. You make little changes now that will help you stay healthy way into your senior years so you can have a better quality life not because you have to, because you want to. And it all starts with today. Now.
