I think I found everything I'm wearing tomorrow. I forgot how many pieces go into an outfit and I'm not even going particularly fancy.

We have a new car. Well, new to us. new_man left in the Vue yesterday and returned with an Element. The Vue served very well for several Pennsics (pulling a trailer that was really too large for it), a humanitarian mission to Waveland (ditto), more roadtrips than I can count, and much carrying of stuff on its home-made roof rack. I attended an SCA event! I honestly think the last one might have been 40th anniversary. It was fun, but there was too much food (not meaning that I had too much food, but that there was much more than necessary for the number of people who came to the event). I was deep in the throes of Tech Week on Monday and couldn't make it to Council, although I really wanted to be there. Could someone sum up the discussion? Or at least the parts you think were most important.

I have a well-behaved Foundling. She did not blow anything up at Pennsic. Nor did she cause any interkingdom incidents. Instead, she sat quietly in camp and sewed. Or she retained for her Princess. These are activities worthy of praise from her stuffy Laurel.

If you have evidence to the contrary, I don't want to know...
