FAQ 69 needs to be updated to reflect that basic accounts can no longer post polls in communities, even paid and permament ones.

This has actually been bugging me for a while, but a recent suggestion clarified part of the problems with it...

It's freakin' difficult to track down the lj-specific markup.

Per http://community.livejournal.com/lj_releases/22857.html, Plus users can now use the Directory, so the first sentence of FAQ 123 should now say:

It should say somewhere in FAQ 69 that users banned from commenting in a journal or community also cannot vote in polls posted to that journal or comm.

FAQ 69 (polls) mentions that you can't edit an entry to add a poll, but it doesn't mention that if you preview a new entry with a poll, it'll also lack controls and the like. I'd be tempted to just add a bullet point somewhere in the "Creating a Poll" section:
