"Paid and Permanent Accounts can have at most 2000 different tags"

It's changed in Release #75 and now Paid and Permanent Accounts can have at most 4000 different tags.

YouTube and Vimeo (to name two that I know of) are now offering iframe versions of their embed codes. These don't work on LiveJournal ( FAQ14). Can we please have a specific mention of this somewhere in FAQ268, maybe the Troubleshooting section, and maybe with a link to FAQ14?

The HTML tags permitted in comments have been changed with the last code release, so http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=72 needs to reflect that. A long long time ago, there was some private discussion among the then-admins of Entries about improving FAQ #296 to make it more neutral and thorough about non-Blurb options. We get a lot of requests in Entries from people who have followed a link to an entry, only to see the "Access denied" goat, and they want to know why. We explain that they've encountered a protected entry and have to point them to FAQ24 for an explanation of entry security and what it means; however, as that FAQ is intended for users who want to ( Read more... )

FAQ 69 needs to be updated to reflect that basic accounts can no longer post polls in communities, even paid and permament ones.

I searched the FAQs for information about the tag, and came up blank. It might be useful to document its use somewhere, so that people who want to embed videos in comments or their profile can find out how to do so. Possible destinations: FAQ 268 or FAQ6, or both.

First: I know it's been discussed before and and marked resolved, but I would really like to see the title of FAQ16 changed to "How do I delete/undelete my account, journal or community?" The word account is in the body of the FAQ, but adding it to the title might make it easier to spot, from a quick skim of the FAQ listing, that this is the link ( Read more... )
