FAQ72 needs to reflect recent code changes

The HTML tags permitted in comments have been changed with the last code release, so http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=72 needs to reflect that. I think they took out the ability to use span and div tags, but someone should probably check the details before documenting them.
